To administer, direct and coordinate the Administrative and Accounting Departments in adherence to the Association’s Mission, Policies, Board of Directors’ resolutions, and directives of the Executive Director. To follow Navajo Nation, State, and Federal regulation and compliance rules. Manage day to day accounting operations and ensures back up processing is in place for every critical operation.
To process accounts receivable and provide accounts receivable information to Business Manager; to assist management in contract and report preparation. Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, is responsible to processing service reports data to invoice all funding sources; is responsible for reporting attendance; oversees the receiving and depositing all monies the Association receives. This position may include cross training of other accounting department duties.
Support the Association's Members in the community day program, and in their homes to live as independent as possible and to help them reach their full potential by teaching and assisting with daily living skills that promote their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice, while always prioritizing the safety of the Members.
Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various facilities/sites. Repairs will require a wide skill set including but not limited to; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry, and painting tasks. Repairs may need to be made on floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, carpets, locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets, door hinges, key slots, and more.
Provides individualized quality care to members with disabilities in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice; implements programs and services as specified in the members Person Centered Service Plan; completes accurately all reports, data collection and other information documenting the care and services provided in keeping with licensing regulations and SMASE policies.
