DownloadTo administer, direct and coordinate the Administrative and Accounting Departments in adherence to the Association’s Mission, Policies, Board of Directors’ resolutions, and directives of the Executive Director. To follow Navajo Nation, State, and Federal regulation and compliance rules. Manage day to day accounting operations and ensures back up processing is in place for every critical operation.
The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Executive Director’s (ED) office. This is accomplished by performing general clerical and accounting processes, planning and time management. Provide customer service to parents, administration and visitors. Other responsibilities include coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel for department personnel. The Executive Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the executive office.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide overall coordination of the Association’s Members, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Scheduling appointments for Primary and Specialist Care. The LPN will update and maintain files for all health care, medications and specialty needs for members. The position also requires the LPN to oversee and coordinate the distribution of all members’ medications. This position requires 24/7 availability for communication from Support Personnel.
To process accounts receivable and provide accounts receivable information to Business Manager; to assist management in contract and report preparation. Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, is responsible to processing service reports data to invoice all funding sources; is responsible for reporting attendance; oversees the receiving and depositing all monies the Association receives. This position may include cross training of other accounting department duties.
Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various facilities/sites. Repairs will require a wide skill set including but not limited to; carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry, and painting tasks. Repairs may need to be made on floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, carpets, locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets, door hinges, key slots, and more.
Provides individualized quality care to members with disabilities in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice; implements programs and services as specified in the members Person Centered Service Plan; completes accurately all reports, data collection and other information documenting the care and services provided in keeping with licensing regulations and SMASE policies.
The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist the LPN in the overall coordination of the Associations’ members. While under the general supervision of the LPN the CNA will be a point of contact for the health and welfare of the members, updating charts and files, assist in coordinating medical appointments, and assist members with medications. This position will require some on call duties as assigned by LPN or Administrative Management.
The Individual Service Coordinator is responsible for the support of all Association Members. This includes the writing of Person-Centered Support Plans, the Implementation of the plans and the follow up to verify Support personnel are documenting. Under the general supervision of the Program Manager the ISC will work daily on administrative activities that pertain to the support of the members and the compliance of the regulations that govern the Association. This job does require availability to staff 24/7 via phone communications
